Art: Depict a memory from your childhood expressing what you did not say then.
Writing: Write a letter about an unhealed trauma. Place it in a "recovery" box as you work on this in therapy.
Photography: Find a photograph from a hard time in your life. Frame & decorate it with affirmations of healing.
