Privacy Policy

Because many participants live with mental health challenges, trauma histories, or other forms of vulnerability, privacy and dignity are vital:

1. We use first names, pseudonyms, artist names or anonymous credit lines when requested by participants.
2. We avoid publishing personally identifying details alongside artworks or stories without permission.
3. We limit the personal data we collect and store, and only retain it for program needs or legal requirements.
4. We do not allow A.I. tools to access or train on with any information given to us without clear, informed, written consent.

Simuka Africa & The 34 Gallery Initiative are dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of those we assist through outreach.
