- The content of The 34 Gallery, including artist statements, artwork, articles, graphics, videa, group meetings & group participant disclosures, are covered by international privacy and copyright laws. Using our content and that of our artists can result in legal action.
2) We follow nonprofit best practices for ethical A.I. use, including principles of “do no harm,” privacy, consent, fairness, and transparency:
- We use A.I. tools for low-risk administrative tasks with human review.
- Our programs support the positive role and inclusion of A.I. in education, career development, & creative self-care.
- We emphasize to those we serve that A.I. systems do not replace professional mental health care, crisis support, or human judgment.
- We ask artists to identify A.I. tools and methods used in the creation of their work.
- We support creatives who use A.I. art for self-care due to the lack of art supplies and/or mental health resources in their regions.
- We affirm that our mission of mental health arts outreach also includes Digital & A.I. artists in crisis and/or supportive of mental health arts advocacy.
- We do not allow A.I. tools to access or train on with any information given to us without clear, informed, written consent.
3) Interludes is our 34 Gallery virtual publication also released multiple times per week. It contains SDG 3.4 mental health content, art career advice along with in-depth interviews with industry professionals, and artists.
- Our content is provided by international professionals with both dedication and expertise.
- A.I. generated article content is not allowed.
