Change will come, and it is essential to conserve your strength and resilience until that happens. Seeking help from others is one way to cope, but do not lose hope if the support you receive is not what you expected. There are different relationships and places that can offer you the support you need. Always remember, you have the potential to go anywhere and achieve anything. Hold on to your dreams and take care of your mental and physical health as you navigate through these tough times.”
